Discreet packaging, always

Orders are dispatched in a plain, unbranded box or mailer with a neutral sender name. There is no mention of the product, our store name, or anything intimate on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy is built into every shipment.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed on the blockchain. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times & cost

Standard tracked shipping is complimentary on all orders over $50. Below that, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Typical delivery windows after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
• Europe & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–18 business days

Customs or local handling may add time in some regions; any import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

A tracking link is included in your dispatch email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, reach out via our contact page and we'll look into it right away.
