Hygiene policy
For health and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, unless the item is faulty. This protects every customer and is standard practice across the adult retail industry.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return a faulty intimate product.
Crypto refunds
Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used at checkout, sent to a wallet address you provide. Because crypto values fluctuate, refunds are calculated on the USD value of your original order.
